But the busy wife and mother of three also hosts RLTV’s heartwarming show, Good Food, Good Deeds, serves as the exclusive nutritionist for the New York City Ballet, is a contributing editor to Woman’s Day Magazine, and has written numerous best-selling books, including The Joy Fit Club: Cookbook, Diet Plan & Inspiration and Joy Bauer’s Food Cures: Completely Revised & Updated. Favorite Healthy Dish: Joy’s favorite weeknight meal is her healthy, unfried chicken Parmesan. Says Joy, “I layer grilled chicken breasts with marinara sauce, reduced-fat mozzarella, and a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese and broil until the cheese melts.”
Secret Weapon: Joy’s secret to healthy living? “Having a positive attitude,” she says.
