Try these favorites from Cherie Calbom, of Juiceladycherie.com. (Peel cucumbers, lemons and ginger before using.)

Basic Green Juice
1 cucumber, peeled
1 lemon, peeled
1-2 inches ginger root, peeled
1 apple (use green, not red, for less sugar)
A handful (about one cup, loosely packed) of any type of dark leafy greens (chard, kale, collard, parsley, romaine)

Green Berry Blast
1 cucumber, peeled
1 lemon, peeled
A handful of greens
A handful (1/2 cup) of berries
Juice the first three ingredients, add the berries and run through a blender.

Carrot-Apple Lemonade
2 medium carrots
1/2 apple
1/2 small cucumber, peeled if not organic
1 chunk ginger, peeled
1/4 medium lemon, peeled if not organic
