You’ll have to call the bottler to find out how much fluoride is in a particular brand of bottled water, and amounts may vary from lot to lot of the same brand. Some brands that have a fluoride-free product are listed on the website www.nofluoride.com. They include:
Apani Purifie, Aqua Panna, Arrowhead, Calistoga Spring, Crystal Geyser, Deer Park North, Deer Park South, Great Bear, Hinkley & Schmidt, Ice Mountain Keeper Springs, Loon Country Natural Spring, NARA International Himalayan Spring Ozarka, Penta, Poland Spring Snow Valley Mountain, and Sparkletts. (Not all products under these brand names are fluoride-free.)
These bottled water products are labeled as de-ionized, purified, demineralized, or distilled, unless they specifically list fluoride as an added ingredient. Bottled water suppliers are graded by how readily they share information concerning the purity of their products on the Environmental Working Group website, ewg.org.
