We review Jackie Warner's super-fast workout DVD.
We recently gave “Personal Training With Jackie: Xtreme Timesaver Training” a whirl, and the condensed review is that this is a good strength training video with a good warm up and cool down, but it is intense. Beginners will probably not be able to accomplish all of the reps the first several times, but the video does show modifications for the movements and without using hand weights.
We liked how Jackie monitored the two individuals working out with her, making sure that their form was good. However, no mention was made about what that form should be. She should have cautioned about making sure your knees, when in plié or lunge positions, should not come over your toes.
Overall, we’ll give this video a thumbs up because it’s challenging and has the potential to really sculpt your body.
