Health philosophy:“For me, staying healthy isn’t a choice, it’s just who I am. I have three teenage sons, so I know how hard it can be to eat right and make sure that your family is eating right, too. Balancing work and family and staying healthy is never easy, but you can have it all.”

Favorite workout:Tennis, hiking, walking, running.                                                           

Favorite healthy dish:Evert is dedicated to keeping her pantry loaded with good-for-you snacks such as natural peanut butter, whole wheat bread and fruit. “Eating healthily is all about having a game plan and sticking to it.”                 

Secret weapon:Skim milk – its ratio of carbs and protein makes it an ideal post-workout snack. (Evert drinks Hood Simply Smart Milk.)
