Stifle stress and rejuvenate your body with this pose from Miami-based yoga instructor Jeana Lynn Weinberg, author of Bliss: Chakra healing through yoga & journaling. "My passion about yoga comes from realizing that it's not just a physical, mental or spiritual journey — it's all three," says Jeana Lynn. She led Spry Inspiration Awards winners through a yoga session that focused on creating balance along the body's seven energy points, or chakras. This move is also great for keeping you sure-footed and stretching legs and back.

Tree Pose
1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart, hands at your sides. Exhale and place the bottom of your right foot on the inside of your left leg, as far up as is comfortable and allows you to maintain your balance (stand with your back against a wall if you feel unsteady).

2. Inhale and lift your arms to shoulder height, palms down. Exhale and bring your palms together in front of your chest. Hold for 30 seconds to 1 minute; switch sides and repeat.
