Get suited up for your kickboxing class.
On your feet: Flip Flops to wear into the room. No shoes are allowed on the mats. You’ll be barefoot during class.
On your body: Tank top or T-shirt and shorts, running tights or capris. (Some students wear sweats but they quickly get soaking wet and heavy.)
On your hands: Gloves and hand wraps are typically provided for first timers. After that, hot boxers are required to bring their own gloves, hand wraps and (highly recommended) ankle wraps.
