Cookies and Cream White Chocolate Chip Cookies

These soft and fluffy chocolate cookies are made with Arctic Zero Cookies and Cream, giving them an extra dose of creamy, chocolate flavor.

1 stick unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 large egg, room temperature
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup Arctic Zero Cookies and Cream
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/3 cups white chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In the bowl of a stand mixer, add butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract and Arctic Zero. Beat until combined.
  4. Add flour, one cup at a time, until incorporated.
  5. Stir in the baking soda and white chocolate chips.
  6. Chill dough for about 30 minutes.
  7. Scoop one tablespoon of dough onto the cookie sheet. Repeat until you have about 9 cookies on the sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool and enjoy!
