Ellie Krieger’s Honey Mustard Salmon

Just a few simple ingredients and 10-15 minutes are all it takes to bring a flavorful, satisfying and healthy entree to the table.
- cooking spray
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard, preferably whole-grain
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 4 salmon fillets, 6-oz each
Preheat the oven to 350F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. In a small bowl, mix together the mustard and honey to combine.
Place the salmon fillets onto the baking sheet and spoon the honey mustard mixture generously over each fillet. Put the fillets in the oven and cook for 10 minutes per inch thickness or until desired doneness, and serve.
