Five-Ingredient Roast Beef Salad with Basil

- Cook: 5 minutes
- 1bunch basil
- 1/4 cucumber
- 14ounces roast beef
- 1/4cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1tablespoon soy sauce
- Wash the basil and remove the leaves. Thinly slice the cucumber.
- In a large bowl, combine the roast beef, cucumber, and basil.
- Add the olive oil and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy.
