Grilled Shrimp with Tropical Fruit Salsa

Ingredients
- 16-19pieces Gorton's Classic Grilled Shrimp
- 1/2cup pineapple, diced
- 1/2cup mango, diced
- 1/2cup cucumber, peeled & diced
- 1/2cup red pepper, diced
- 3tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 4teaspoons lime juice
- 1/4teaspoon salt
- 1pinch pepper
- 2cups brown rice, prepared
Instructions
- Prepare Gorton's Classic Grilled Shrimp according to package instructions.
- Combine pineapple, mango, cucumber, pepper, cilantro, lime, salt and pepper and place on top of rice with shrimp and serve immediately.
