Kid-Friendly No-Bake Energy Bites
Ingredients
- 2cups oatmeal
- 1cup peanut butter
- 2/3cup honey
- 1cup coconut flakes
- 1cup flaxseed
- 1cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2cup sliced almonds or dried fruit
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix until dough forms.
- Wet your hands slightly and roll into balls.
- Store in Tupperware bins lined with parchment paper
