Mediterranean Chopped Salad

Ingredients
- 2cups chopped red bell peppers
- 1cup chopped yellow or orange bell peppers
- 1/2cup chopped red onions
- 1cup chopped, seeded tomatoes
- 1tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 2tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1cup minced fresh basil leaves
- 1/4cup minced flat leaf parsley

- -- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss with a spoon to combine well. Let marinate 15 minutes.
