Peach Almond Dump Cake

Ingredients

1-- (18 1/4-ounce) package light white cake mix
1 1/2cups water
3large egg whites
2teaspoons almond extract, divided
1-- (21-ounce) can peach pie filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.  Coat a 13x9x2-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray and dust with flour.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, prepare cake mix according to package directions, using water and egg whites.  Add 1 teaspoon almond extract.  Pour half the batter into prepared pan.  Stir remaining almond extract into pie filling and spread on top of batter.  Spread remaining batter over filling.  Bake 30 to 35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
