Salmon Salad

Ingredients
- 1/2cup nonfat sour cream
- 1tablespoon fat-free mayonnaise
- 1tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1teaspoon dried dillweed
- 1tablespoon grated lemon rind
- 1tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1-- (14-ounce) cn water-packed red salmon, drained, bones removed, and flaked
- 1cup finely chopped celery
- 1/3cup chopped red onion
- 1tablespoon drained capers
- -- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, dillweed, lemon rind and lemon juice. Stir in the salmon, celery, red onion and capers. Season with salt and pepper.
