Skinny Cucumber Margarita

This clean, crisp margarita features a refreshingly light hint of fresh cucumber.

6 ounces tequila
2.5 ounces Cointreau
3 limes, juiced
3 cups cubed ice
1.5 cucumbers
3 teaspoons Grand Marnier


  1. Everything goes into the vitamix/blender except for the Grand Mariner.
  2. Blend until desired smoothness (more ice means a thicker, more frozen the drink. Less ice makes it more ‘on the rocks’ style.)
  3. Serve in salt or sugar rimmed glasses (optional) and give each margarita a splash of Grand Mariner and garnish with lime.
