Spiced Pumpkin Smoothie Recipe

This pumpkin smoothie recipe has all of the flavor of the Thanksgiving pie at a fraction of the fat and calories.
Ingredients
- 1/2cup pumpkin puree, fresh or canned
- 1/2 cup 2% Greek yogurt
- 1/2cup fat-free milk
- 2tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8teaspoon ground cloves
- 5pieces ice cubes
Instructions
Combine ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into chilled glass and garnish with dollop of yogurt and sprinkle of nutmeg. Makes 1 cup.
