Spicy Black Beans with Chipotle and Lime

Ingredients
- 1-- (29-ounce) can black beans
- 1/2-- red onion, minced
- 1/2teaspoon ground cumin
- 1teaspoon dried oregano
- 1teaspoon minced chipotle chiles in adobo
- -- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4cup minced cilantro
- -- Salt, to taste
Instructions

Place all ingredients except cilantro and salt in a medium nonreactive saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes uncovered. Add salt and cilantro.
