Chicken Tikka Philly Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 2pounds leg and thigh chicken strips
- 1teaspoon chinese salt
- -- bottle of zeasty italina dressing
- 2tablespoons of roasted and ground cumin seed and crushed red pepper powder.
- 1tablespoon of Sambal Sauce
- 1tablespoon soy sauce
- 1teaspoon ginger paste
- 1teaspoon garlic paste
- 2tablespoons of Shan chicken tikkah masala
- 1-- 2 handfuls of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1-- red bell pepper juillened
- 1-- green bell pepper juillend
- 1small onion
- 1bunch of cilantro chopped
Instructions
Marinate the chicken with chinese salt, dressing, cumin and crushed red pepper powder, soy sauce, sambal sauce, ginger, garlic, and tikkah masala. for 15 mintues
Heat a wok with oil add in chicken while chicken is cooking and the chicken is no longer pink add in 1/4 cup of water. and cook on low heat covered until chicken is cooked.
add in veggies dont over cook the veggies, add the cheese immediatley and mix well.
Have ready wheat hoagie buns slightly warmed in the oven. Add the mixture onto the buns to make sandwhichs and serve hot.
