Sweet and Spicy Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1/3cup apple cider vinegar
- 2tablespoons honey
- -- Grated zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
- -- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2cup canola or safflower oil
Instructions
1. Stir all ingredients except oils together in a medium bowl. Add oils in a slow,steady stream, whisking constantly until incorporated. Refrigerate in an air-tight container for up to 1 week. Makes about 1 cup.
