Turkey Fillet Mignon with Asparagus
- Yield: 4 servings
- 4 turkey breasts wrapped with bacon and secured with toothpicks
- 1tablespoon olive oil
- 1bunch asparagus
- 4cloves garlic
- Kosher salt
- Rinse and dry the asparagus.
- In a large skillet, sear the bacon-wrapped turkey mignons in some olive oil. Peel the garlic cloves and quarter them. Add them to the skillet. Stir, and set aside in the oven (set to warm).
- Grill the asparagus in the same skillet. On a serving plate, arrange a fillet mignon with few asparagus and some garlic pieces.
