Veggie Dip

Ingredients
- 2/3cup chopped red onion
- 2teaspoons minced garlic
- 12ounces non-fat cottage cheese
- 1teaspoon whole grain mustard
- 3tablespoons lemon juice
- 1tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2tablespoons low-fat buttermilk
- 1teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2cup loosely packed, fresh grated parmesan cheese
- 2tablespoons chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Process all of this in a food processor until creamy.
