Yogurt Power Bowl with California Grapes

Ingredients
- 1/2cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/4cup chopped walnuts
- 1teaspoon chia seeds
- 1teaspoon flax seeds
- 1/2teaspoon cinnamon
- 3cups red, black or green seedless California grapes
Instructions
- Mix the yogurt, walnuts, chia, flax, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Toss the grapes into the mixture to coat. Serve chilled.
