Yogurt Power Bowl with California Grapes

1/2cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
1/4cup chopped walnuts
1teaspoon chia seeds
1teaspoon flax seeds
1/2teaspoon cinnamon
3cups red, black or green seedless California grapes


  1. Mix the yogurt, walnuts, chia, flax, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Toss the grapes into the mixture to coat. Serve chilled.
