3 Stretches You Should Do Every Day

AM: Dynamic sunrise stretch
Sit cross-legged on your bed or on a chair. Extend your arms and bend forward at the waist, abs tight. Hold for 15 seconds, feeling the stretch in your lower back and glutes. Switch sides.

Noon: Chair spinal twist
While sitting in your chair, place your hands behind your head. With abs tight, twist from your waist to the right, keeping your feet planted in front of you. Hold for 20 seconds; rotate in the other direction.

PM: Low lunge
Step backward into a lunge. Lower the other knee to the floor, laying the top of the foot on the floor. Rest your hands on your knee, hold for 30 seconds and repeat on the other side.
