Calling all choc-aholics: If you're trying to ward off a hankering for a certain cocoa-based goodie, go for a walk. British researchers recently found that women who completed a brisk 15-minute trek before being tempted with a chocolate bar had fewer cravings for the snack during the stroll and for at least 10 minutes post-walk than women who didn't walk. Scientists think exercise may stimulate the brain chemicals that control mood and manage cravings.
