A. Sit propped up on your elbows and forearms, shoulders rolled back and down and elbows underneath shoulders. Relax your hands at your sides, palms facing down. Tighten your abdominals as you lift legs to a 90-degree bend.
B. Extend your left leg out just above the floor as you extend your right leg up toward the sky; switch sides. Do 12 on each side.
