A. Sit on a chair with your heels directly under your knees. Place your hands on the back of the chair and take a deep breath.
B. As you exhale, gently turn your upper body toward the chair and allow your spine to twist. Take three to five slow breaths. On each inhale, think of lengthening the spine, and as you exhale, twist a little deeper. Repeat to the opposite side.
