- Begin with your heels together and feet turned out naturally with your arms raised up to shoulder height. Step out into a wide stance with your right foot and lower yourself into a plié position.
- Push through your left leg to come to standing, while lifting your right leg across your body and sweeping your arms to the right. Pause and then return to the plié position.
- Repeat 8-12 times and then switch to the other side.
