Hey guys! If you want to stay in top form, take these expert recommendations to heart.

Visit the dentist twice a year. According to the Academy of General Dentistry, the average man will lose five teeth by age 72. But it's not just your smile we're worried about-studies have linked tooth loss with increased risk for dementia, heart disease and stroke.

Feast on fish. In a Harvard study of more than 45,000 men over a period of 12 years, eating fatty fish like salmon more than three times per week was associated with a lower risk of prostate cancer. Researchers think the fatty acids EPA and DHA in the fish may block the growth of prostate cancer cells.

Watch your back. Skin cancer is the number one cancer in men over 50, and men have a higher risk than women of dying from melanoma, the deadliest type. A man's back and trunk are the most common areas for skin cancer, so keep an eye out for spots that change size, shape or color.
