Downward Dog Yoga Pose

A. Stand with your hands resting on the back of a chair shoulder-width apart, feet hip-distance apart and abs tight.

B. Slowly walk your feet back until your upper body is parallel with the floor. Pause for 8 to 10 slow breaths, then walk slowly back to starting position. Repeat 3 to 5 times.
