Chef Gordon Ramsay may have a devil of a reputation, both for his decadent cuisine and his temper, regularly displayed on shows like Fox’s Hell’s Kitchen and Kitchen Nightmares. But the British-born chef has a lighter, healthier side too. A marathon runner, Ramsay packs his home cooking with whole grains, lean meats, lots of vegetables and fruits, and healthy fats like olive oil.
