Chef’s Name: Dale Van Sky

Spa Name: Red Mountain Resort, Ivins, Utah

Secret Weapon: Non-stick baking mat (silpat)

How it’s used: “I highly recommend a non-stick baking mat (silpat) for baking. Whether you are baking brownies or salmon you do not need to pre-grease your pan thus helping lower the amount of oil in your diet. The mat should be hand washed and is available in health food and kitchen supply stores.”
