1. Begin with your feet hip distance apart. Squat as though you are going to sit into a chair, arms resting lightly on your thighs.

2. Without moving your hips, sweep your right arm in front of you and then behind you in an arc (as though you are doing the backstroke), following your arm with your head and eyes. As the right arm lowers, repeat the same move with your left arm. Repeat for 15 seconds. Build to 45 seconds.
