A. Stand with feet hip-distance apart, holding a 3-5 lb weight in your right hand and a 5-8 lb weight in your left. Step back with your left leg into a lunge, lean forward at the hips and straighten your right arm. Pause, then bend your right elbow to complete one triceps extension. Holding the lunge, complete 12 reps and then return to starting position.
B. Step forward with your right leg into a lunge while doing a bicep curl with your left arm. Holding the lunge, complete 12 curls. Return to starting position. Switch the weights to opposite hands and repeat A and B on the opposite side.
