Magic Kingdom Park—Orlando, Fla. Get a healthy start to your day with Mickey at The Wave … of American Flavors restaurant, inside Disney’s Contemporary Resort, with a berry smoothie with raspberry puree and non-fat yogurt blended with Odwalla Berries GoMega. Inside the park, grab fresh fruit, yogurt and other healthy snacks at one of several food carts. For dinner, try the oven-roasted wild Atlantic shrimp with brown basmati rice, green beans, and red grapes at Narcoossee’s restaurant at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa—or go for the curry vegetable stew or generous local salad back at The Wave.

Epcot—Orlando, Fla. You will certainly work up an appetite exploring the 10 countries of Epcot. At Canada’s Le Cellier Steakhouse, try the grilled sirloin with green beans and brown rice. Watch belly dancers gyrate—and join them!—between bites of vegetable couscous at Restaurant Marrakesh in Morocco. Walk it all off with a couple loops around the World Showcase Promenade, a 1.3-mile loop that takes you to Mexico, China, Europe, Canada and beyond.

Busch Gardens—Tampa, Fla. Between meeting wild animals and riding wilder rides, fuel up with Busch Gardens’ healthy options. Good locations include the Garden Gate Café, which offers a fresh entrée salad, and Zagora Café, where a veggie wrap or fresh seasonal fruit plate can get you ready for more fun at the park.

Six Flags—Locations across the country. Six Flags boasts more than 10 locations in the U.S., from California to New England, and its rides, shows, shops, and concerts make it a popular summer stop. To stay energized healthily, grab a salad entrée at any pizza restaurant, which also offers a new veggie pizza on a wheat crust. Or, swing by the Cyber Café for a freshly prepared Caesar or garden salad.

Dollywood—Pigeon Forge, Tenn. Yep, Dollywood has jumped onto the health food wagon, and we’re not complaining. For a grab-and-go snack between Daredevil Falls and the bluegrass concert, go for the fruit cup or hummus. For a bigger meal, the fresh Strawberry Spinach Salad from Lumberjack’s Pizza is a winner.
