  1. Sit upright with your legs extended in front of you. Bend your left knee. Place your right hand lightly around your knee and your left hand on the floor behind you.
  2. Inhale. Exhale and gently twist towards the bent leg. Pause. Inhale again and think of growing an inch taller, exhale and twist a bit more. Repeat two more times. Slowly release; repeat to the opposite side.
