3-Minute Oatmeal Raisin Cookie

Ingredients
- 1/4cup oats
- 1/8cup liquid egg whites
- 2teaspoons brown sugar
- 2teaspoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4teaspoon baking powder
- 1tablespoon raisins
- cinnamon to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Scrape batter off the sides of the bowl and flatten into a cookie shape.
- Cook in microwave for 45 seconds.
- Allow to cool and enjoy!
