1/2cup nonfat sour cream
1/2cup fat-free mayonnaise
1-- (.65-ounce) package cheesy Italian dressing mix
1-- (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped


  1. Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, Italian dressing mix, and artichoke hearts together in a bowl.  Make about 1 1/2 cups.
