Asian Greens
- Yield: 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients
- 1-- (3-ounce) package Ramen noodles, broken up, discard seasoning packet
- 1/2cup sliced almonds
- 4cups shredded Napa cabbage
- 4cups baby spinach
- 1-- cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1-- red bell pepper, cored and cut into thin strips
- 1bunch green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In nonstick skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, cook noodles and almonds over medium heat, stirring, until golden brown. Watch carefully. Cool.
- When ready to serve toss all ingredients together with your favorite dressing.
