Asian Guacamole

Ingredients
- 2-- avocados, peeled, pitted, and cubed
- 1small sweet onion, such as Maui or Vidalia, finely chopped
- 3tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 3tablespoons sake or rice wine vinegar
- 1tablespoon thinly sliced green onion
- 1tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/2teaspoon Thai chili oil or Thai chili paste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mash gently enough to mix, keeping avocados chunky. Serve in a bowl with chips or tortillas. Makes about 4 cups.
