Baked Grapefruit with Mint and Honey

- 1large grapefruit, halved
- 1/2teaspoon honey or brown sugar
- mint leaves
Preheat the broiler. Place the grapefruit half, cut side up, on a large baking sheet. Drizzle with the honey and broil until the top is browned and bubbling, about ﬁve minutes. Set aside for 3 to 4 minutes and serve warm, garnished with mint leaves.
