Banana Pudding from Holly Clegg

If you’d like to have a more traditional banana pudding, layer the mixture with vanilla wafers.


1-- (4-serving) package instant banana pudding
2cups skim milk
2-- bananas, diced


  1. In a mixing bowl, mix banana pudding and milk with a whisk for 2 minutes. Fold cut up bananas into pudding. Transfer to cups and refrigerate.
