Barbecue Burger and Bean Bake

Ingredients

1pound ground sirloin
1-- onion, chopped
1tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2teaspoon pepper
1/2teaspoon chili powder
1tablespoon prepared mustard
1/4cup ketchup
1-- (8-ounce) can no-salt-added tomato sauce
1/3cup light brown sugar
1/2cup water
2-- (15-ounce) cans pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1-- (15 1/2-ounce) can lima beans, drained and rinsed
1-- (15-ounce) can red kidney beanes, drained and rinsed
1-- (15 1/2-ounce) can Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, cook meat and onion over medium heat until meat is done, 5 to 7 minutes.  Drain any excess grease.
  2. Preheat oven to 350F.
  3. In a 3-quart casserole dish coated with nonstick cooking spray, combine meat mixture with Worcestershire sauce, pepper, chili powder, mustard, ketchup, tomato sauce, brown sugar, water, pinto beans, lima beans, kidney beans and Great Northern beans, mixing well.  Bake, covered, 1 hour.
