Barbecued Baby Octopus

Ingredients
- 2pounds baby octopus
- 1/3cup lemon juice
- 1/3cup olive oil
- 3cloves garlic, crushed
Instructions
- Clean octopus, remove eyes and beaks. Combine octopus with juice, oil, and garlic in medium bowl. Cover, refrigerate 10 minutes.
- Drain octopus; discard marinade. Cook octopus on heated oiled barbecue (or grill or grill pan) until tender.
