Barbecued Baby Octopus

2pounds baby octopus
1/3cup lemon juice
1/3cup olive oil
3cloves garlic, crushed


  1. Clean octopus, remove eyes and beaks. Combine octopus with juice, oil, and garlic in medium bowl. Cover, refrigerate 10 minutes.
  2. Drain octopus; discard marinade. Cook octopus on heated oiled barbecue (or grill or grill pan) until tender.
