Barbeque Pork Sandwich

Ingredients

1-- (16 oz.) loaf King's Hawaiian Sweet Bread
1-- (20 oz.) pkg. refrigerated, prepared barbecued pork
1 1/2cups prepared creamy coleslaw

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Wrap bread in foil and warm in oven for about 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, heat prepared barbequed pork according to package instructions.
  4. Slice loaf horizontally into 2 pieces, cutting bottom half about 1-inch above lip of aluminum pan.
  5. Spread meat evenly over bottom of loaf, which as been removed from the aluminum pan.
  6. Top with coleslaw.
  7. Place bread top over fillings.
  8. Cut into 8 wedges and secure with toothpicks or short skewers.
  9. Serve immediately.
