Blackberry Smoothies

What kid wouldn’t want an after school treat that reminds them of a thick, icy-cold milkshake? Using almond milk means it won’t curdle or separate like milk or yogurt, so you can prepare this the night before, store it in the fridge, and simply shake and pour when the kids get home from school.
Ingredients
- 1cup vanilla-flavored almond milk
- 1cup frozen blackberries
- 2-- fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 2tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the jar of a blender. Blend until very smooth, 1 to 2 minutes. Divide between two glasses if serving immediately, or store in a covered bottle and shake well before serving for breakfast or snack the next day.
