Blueberry Brainiac Smoothie

Flax seeds and hemp seeds are available in the health food section of most grocery stores.


1cup vanilla soy milk
1/2cup water
1-- banana
1cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
2tablespoons flax seeds
2tablespoons hemp seeds (optional)
-- Ice


  1. Combine milk, water, banana, blueberries, hemp seeds, flax seeds and ice in a blender.
  2. Blend for 30 to 60 seconds or until smooth.
