Blueberry Salsa

  • Yield: 4 to 6 servings


2cups coarsely chopped fresh blueberries
1cup whole fresh blueberries
1/4cup fresh lime juice
3tablespoons chopped cilantro
2whole jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
1whole Roma tomato, seeded and chopped
1stalk celery, chopped fine
1/2teaspoon Kosher salt


  1. Toss all the ingredients together in a large bowl.  
  2. Serve right away or refrigerate a few hours.  Great with sturdy tortilla chips for scooping; or use to top grilled meats.
