Breakfast Squares

Ingredients
- 2cups quick oats
- 1/4teaspoon salt
- 1/4cup vegetable oil
- 1large egg
- 1/2cup brown sugar
- 3/4cup milk
- 1teaspoon baking powder
- 1teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2cup raisins
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9-inch square pan or ovenproof dish.
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well-blended. Scape into prepared pan. Bake 30 minutes. Cut into 9 squares.
Note: May be refrigerated and baked the next day.
