Broccoli with Walnuts
- Yield: 8 servings
Ingredients
- 2tablespoons olive oil
- 10cups broccoli florets
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/3cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- 2tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 3tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. In large nonstick skillet, heat oil and cook broccoli over medium-high heat until begins to get tender. Season to taste.
2. Add garlic and walnuts; cook until broccoli is crisp tender and walnuts are toasted. Toss with lemon juice, red pepper flakes and Parmesan.
